• Artwork and files: the images and files you upload to be digitized, along with any reference files, project names, and order details you provide (such as placement, size, and notes).
• Order and payment information: details of your orders and the amount paid. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not collect or store your full payment card numbers.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as log data and cookies used to operate the site, keep you signed in, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service: process your uploads, create your embroidery files, and deliver your orders.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Send you transactional emails about your orders (confirmations, delivery, and updates).

• Digitizers: we share your artwork and order specifications with the digitizer assigned to complete your job. Digitizers do not receive your name or contact information.

  • Account authentication
  • Transactional email delivery
  • Data storage and database hosting
  • Website hosting

  These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide their services to us.

4. Data Retention

• We retain your account information and uploaded/delivered files for as long as your account is active, so that your files remain available to you in your dashboard.
• You can delete your files from your dashboard at any time. Deleted files are removed from active storage.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons, or to prevent fraud.

5. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
